Akshay Kumar Meets Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath In Mumbai; Yogi Showers Him With Praises Sharing A Pic On Twitter
Akshay Kumar, who is one of the busiest actors in Bollywood, recently had a meeting with politician Yogi Adityanath. Akshay met the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh in Mumbai. The CM took to his Twitter handle to share a picture from the meeting and reveal some details of their discussion from the meeting. He stated that they had a very meaningful discussion over various aspects of the film industry. He even lauded Akshay for his understanding of the field he is in.

Yogi Adityanath's tweet read, "आज मुंबई में भारतीय फिल्म जगत के लोकप्रिय अभिनेता श्री @akshaykumar जी से शिष्टाचार भेंट हुई। चलचित्र जगत के विभिन्न पहलुओं के संबंध में उनसे सार्थक विमर्श हुआ। अपने कार्य के प्रति उनकी समझ, लगन और रचनाधर्मिता युवाओं के लिए प्रेरणास्पद है। (Today in Mumbai, I had a meeting with the popular actor of Indian film industry, @akshaykumar. We had meaningful discussions about various aspects of the film world. His understanding, dedication and constructivism towards his work is inspiring for the youth.)"

Reportedly, they met over dinner at Mumbai's Trident Hotel. CM of UP Yogi Adityanath is staying there over his trip to Mumbai to launch Rs 200 crore Lucknow Municipal bond at the Bombay Stock Exchange. There is a possibility that UP CM may meet more Bollywood stars.


On the work front, Akshay Kumar has too many films on plate. He recently shot for his film Bell Bottom. His production venture Durgamati starring Bhumi Pednekar will release soon. On Diwali, Akshay announced another film titled Ram Setu. Bachchan Pandey and Prithviraj are also on cards.
